Return & Refund Policy
Vogenor offers a 14-days Return Policy counting from the day the package is delivered to you. We cannot accept returns after the 14-days Return Policy; these returns will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to your original dispatch address. Kindly note that the returns should invariably be addressed to us, and never to the manufacturers.
For wrong, defective or damaged products shipped by us, you must email us within 14 days of receipt of the products, with details of date of purchase and photographic evidence. We will be providing you with the Return Label for facilitating return of the same to us. The shipping cost under these circumstances will be borne by us.
In case you are returning because of change of your mind or because you chose the wrong size/product, the cost of return shipment will be borne by you.
Only FedEx, UPS or DHL should be used along with active tracking number for return shipment to us. We do not accept any other courier service because of unreliability and long delivery time. It will be your responsibility to bear customs duties for the above returns, and you are advised to select the option of paying for all Custom Duties.
You must ensure that the returned item is in exactly the same condition as the original shipment, with original tags, box, and other accompaniments. We will reject any item that has been used, worn, or washed, and the product will be shipped back to your shipping address at your expense.
Because of hygiene issues, items like lingerie, underwear, and swimwear are not covered under the Return Policy.
Refunds (When Applicable)
Processing of returns after it reaches us takes upto 14 business days. You will receive an email from us confirming the refund after we have processed your return for the refund when applicable. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution, and may take several days.
We will notify you via an email after receipt, inspection, and approval or rejection of your return.
In instances of approval of your return for refund, the same will be processed and the refund amount will be credited to your payment method as soon as possible.
Non-receipt of Refunds (When Applicable)
In instances of undue delay in receiving your refund, you are advised to check first with your financial institution, since they take some time to reflect the transaction in your account. As a next step you may contact us for the persisting issue.
Replacements (When Applicable)
It is our policy to offer replacement only if they are defective, damaged or when wrong item has been sent to you by us. In such cases, you must contact us within 14 business days of the receipt of the package.
You can initiate return process by contacting us within 14 business days of receipt of shipment. We will bear the cost of shipment in cases of defective, damaged or when wrong item has been sent to you by us. If, however, you are returning because of change of your mind or wrong item selection by you, the shipping cost will be your responsibility. Kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Kindly note that only FedEx, UPS or DHL services should be used for return. Active tracking number should be provided to us.
In case return shipping cost has not been paid by you to the courier, the same will be deducted from your refund amount.
